Kerry scouts the food arena for new food items and reports about them in "New Bites," her column that runs in Baltimore Smart Woman, Baltimore's only online magazine for Baby Boomers. So far discoveries include the exotic Chilean Carica, Blooming Tea, Mango Chili Vinegar, Wild Yam Soba Pasta, Mate Tea, Halloumi Cheese, Chestnut Flour and Wild Porcini Sauce. Kerry's discoveries are turned into recipes and are some of Kerry's most creative and innovative food combinations. For more than three years, "Cooking with Kerry Dunnington" has appeared in the Healthy Pages in various editions of The Examiner.
